CellAuto Series · Automatic Sub-Packaging System
APS030The last step, and the one that cannot be repeated.
By the time a batch reaches filling, every cell in it has already cost a week of culture. The APS030 fills it without contact, to within ±3.5% of the set volume, inside a closed single-use path held at 2 to 8°C.

Key features
Single-use closed tubing
A sterile docking design keeps the fill path closed, which brings the facility requirement down to a Grade D cleanroom and keeps contamination risk low throughout dispensing.
High-precision dispensing
An automatic calibration system holds dispensing volume to within ±3.5%, which is the accuracy cell therapy manufacturing actually requires rather than the accuracy that is easy to reach.
Intelligent automatic degassing
Air is removed from the tubing before dispensing begins, so a cryobag does not rupture later when the gas inside it expands during freezing.
Full-process temperature protection
The raw material bag chamber holds a constant 2 to 8°C, so viability and product stability are protected for the whole of the dispensing run, not just the start of it.
Built-in homogenisation
The cell suspension is mixed continuously before dispensing, so the last bag filled carries the same cell concentration as the first.
Flexible configuration
One to ten final bags per run, with fill volumes adjustable from 3.0 to 250.0 mL per bag, which covers a single patient dose and a commercial batch on the same machine.
How it works
Non-contact filling, cold the whole way through.
Manual filling asks an operator to do three difficult things at once: keep the product sterile, keep every bag identical, and keep the cells cold. The APS030 does them as a sequence the machine controls.
Dock and chill
The single-use kit is docked sterile and the source bag sits in a chamber held at 2 to 8°C. Nothing is opened to the room, so Grade D is sufficient.
Mix, degas, dispense
The suspension is homogenised so concentration is even, air is cleared from the line so bags do not burst in the freezer, and liquid is moved without contact.
Fill to specification
One to ten bags are filled, each between 3.0 and 250.0 mL, with automatic calibration holding every one to within ±3.5% of its target.
Different volume specifications can be filled within a single batch, so a run that needs both a patient dose and a retained sample does not need two machines or two passes.
Specification
Dimensions, weight and rated power are taken from the CellAuto production line configuration sheet. Final configuration is confirmed during project validation.
In a production line
What ten thousand vials a yearactually looks like.
A real CellAuto line configuration. Two APS030 units close it out, filling what thirty-six culture matrices and the processing system have produced, on a culture time of seven to nine days per batch.
Worked from 6.60 × 107 cells per vial, a new batch started every two days and thirty-six culture matrices. At five hundred million cells per ten-layer factory the line reaches roughly 10,400 vials a year, and at seven hundred million it reaches 14,600. Your own configuration is sized against your cell type, batch size and facility.
Where it sits in the line
The AS015 Automatic Posture Adjustment System and the WAVE010 Bioreactor sit alongside the culture stage, and the Cell Full Lifecycle Management Platform records every phase.
