X Lab Series · Radiopharmaceuticals

Dispensingwithout a person in the room.

Every manual step in radiopharmaceutical dispensing is a dose to the operator. This system replaces the whole sequence, vial handling, stoppering, capping, crimping, activity measurement, inspection and labelling, with one automated workflow, and holds dispensing activity to within 2%.

CellAuto Fully Automatic Radiopharmaceutical Dispensing System

Key features

01

High-precision automated dispensing

Peristaltic pumps driven by imported servo motors give accurate, repeatable dispensing and stable production, with no manual intervention anywhere in the run.

02

Sterile robotic handling

Imported six-axis robotic arms move vials smoothly, with zero vial drops and minimal contamination risk, meeting GMP aseptic requirements.

03

Hygienic, easy-to-clean design

A polished stainless-steel enclosure cleans quickly, and the dispensing tubing flushes automatically to stop cross-contamination between batches.

04

Integrated quality control

Automatic filter bubble-point testing, visual inspection for particulate matter, and automatic in-vial labelling, all inside the same cycle.

05

Multi-format packaging

Compatible with vials, prefilled syringes and other primary packaging, so one machine covers a range of radiopharmaceutical products.

06

Intelligent process management

Process parameters are created and edited by the user, with electronic records, audit trails, tamper-proof data management and automatic report generation.

07

Precise radioactivity control

Automated activity measurement with secondary calibration, compensating dynamically for decay by isotope half-life, to a dispensing accuracy of 2% or better.

How it works

Eleven operations, and none of them by hand.

The reason this matters is simple: every one of these steps used to be done by a person standing next to an unshielded source. The machine does them in sequence, in a closed enclosure, and writes the record while it works.

Step 01

Handle and prepare

Vials, stoppers and caps are picked and presented by six-axis robotic arms. Nothing is handled manually, and nothing is dropped.

Step 02

Dispense and seal

Servo-driven peristaltic pumps fill to the set activity, then the system stoppers, caps and crimps without the vial leaving the enclosure.

Step 03

Measure, inspect, label

Activity is measured and calibrated against isotope half-life, the vial is light-inspected for particulates, labelled, and discharged.

The result is high-precision, contamination-free, GMP-compliant production of medical radionuclide solutions, with a dispensing activity error of 2% or less and a complete tamper-proof record of every vial.
