Lead potsthat move themselves.
Dispensing can be automated and still leave a person carrying the lead pot across the building. This system closes that gap: customised AGVs connect production, dispensing, shipping and cleaning, so the pot goes from empty to shipped to empty again without being handled.

Key features
Comprehensive radiation protection
Unmanned operation across the whole transport chain removes personnel exposure during handling and supports compliance with radiopharmaceutical radiation safety rules.
Application-specific AGVs
Vehicles are customised for the task in front of them, dispensing, material transfer or pot transport, rather than one general-purpose vehicle doing all three badly.
Efficient closed-loop logistics
The loop covers the full lead pot lifecycle, from loading an empty pot to delivering finished product and returning the pot, which raises utilisation and cuts labour.
Seamless system integration
Integrates with the automated dispensing systems, so dispensing and material handling behave as one intelligent solution rather than two that have to be coordinated.
Flexible capacity
Transport frequency and storage capacity are adjustable, so the system adapts as production grows without rebuilding the facility.
How it works
Four rooms,one continuous loop.
A radiopharmaceutical facility is really four areas that have to stay connected: the production workshop, the dispensing room, the shipping area and the cleaning room. Moving material between them is where exposure happens.
Empty pots on line
Customised AGVs bring empty lead pots from the cleaning area into dispensing, scheduled rather than fetched.
Dispense and transport
Filled pots move to temporary storage and on to shipping, integrated directly with the automated dispensing system.
Return and clean
Empty pots return to the cleaning room and re-enter the loop, which is what makes the chain closed rather than one-directional.
The system eliminates personnel radiation exposure during transport entirely, while improving equipment utilisation and the compliance of the process, which is what makes scaled radiopharmaceutical production practical.
Specification
Layout, vehicle count and routing are designed against the facility. Final configuration is agreed during project planning.
