CellAuto Series · Matrix Culture System
MCS015Thirty-six batches, none of them touching.
The MCS015 is the culture and expansion platform of the CellAuto line. It takes cell factories of up to ten layers, configures as many culture units as the run needs, and watches the cells through a built-in microscope instead of an operator opening an incubator.

Key features
Parallel multi-batch culture
Independent gas supply channels and isolated filtration keep every culture unit completely separate, so one batch cannot contaminate another running beside it.
Rapid modular deployment
A standardised modular architecture installs quickly in a Grade D GMP cleanroom and adapts to the floor plan you already have, rather than the other way round.
Intelligent CO2 regulation
An active gas supply holds CO2 concentration precisely and responds quickly when the culture environment shifts, keeping growth conditions stable.
Automated cell monitoring
The integrated microscope module captures images on its own to track morphology and confluency through the whole culture, with no one opening a door to look.
Flexible scalability
Culture units are added or removed as demand changes, so the same system covers laboratory research, process development and commercial manufacturing.
How it works
Thirty-six cultures running,and nobody opening a door.
In a manual suite, every check on a culture means opening an incubator, which disturbs the gas balance and invites contamination. The MCS015 is built so that the cells are never disturbed to be observed.
Configure the units
The number of culture units is set to the production requirement. Each takes a cell factory of up to ten layers, so a small trial and a commercial run use the same platform.
Isolate and feed
Each unit has its own gas supply channel and isolation filter, and an active supply holds CO2 where it should be, responding as the culture demands change.
Watch without opening
The built-in microscope photographs the culture on schedule and tracks confluency, so the decision to harvest is made from the record rather than from memory.
The configuration CellAuto sizes for ten thousand vials a year runs thirty-six of these units in parallel, each one sealed off from the others, with a culture time of seven to nine days per batch.
Specification
Dimensions, weight and rated power are taken from the CellAuto production line configuration sheet. Final configuration is confirmed during project validation.
In a production line
What ten thousand vials a yearactually looks like.
A real CellAuto line configuration. Thirty-six MCS015 units carry the culture stage, fed by the dispensing system and handed on to processing and filling, with a culture time of seven to nine days per batch.
Worked from 6.60 × 107 cells per vial, a new batch started every two days and thirty-six culture matrices. At five hundred million cells per ten-layer factory the line reaches roughly 10,400 vials a year, and at seven hundred million it reaches 14,600. Your own configuration is sized against your cell type, batch size and facility.
Where it sits in the line
The AS015 Automatic Posture Adjustment System and the WAVE010 Bioreactor sit alongside the culture stage, and the Cell Full Lifecycle Management Platform records every phase.
