Utilizing non-contact liquid handling technology, the system supports the automated filling of finished cell therapy products in multiple volume specifications within a single batch, delivering accurate, efficient, safe, and reliable cell aliquoting.

①Single-use closed tubing system: A sterile docking design enables operation in Grade D cleanroom environments, reducing facility requirements while minimizing contamination risks throughout the dispensing process.
②High-precision automated dispensing: An automatic calibration system controls dispensing volume with an accuracy of ±3.5%, meeting the stringent precision requirements of cell therapy manufacturing.
③Intelligent automatic degassing: Automatically removes air from the tubing before dispensing, preventing cryobag rupture caused by gas expansion during cryopreservation.
④Full-process temperature protection: The raw material bag chamber maintains a constant temperature of 2–8°C, preserving cell viability and product stability throughout the dispensing process.
⑤Built-in automatic homogenization: Continuously mixes the cell suspension before dispensing to ensure uniform cell concentration across all final product bags.
⑥Flexible and scalable configuration: Supports configurable dispensing to 1–10 final bags, with adjustable fill volumes ranging from 3.0 mL to 250.0 mL per bag, accommodating both small-scale and commercial manufacturing requirements.
