The CPS040 High-Throughput Cell Processing System utilizes proprietary Couette micro-vortex technology to enable rapid cell concentration and washing while preserving cell viability and functionality. Its continuous-flow processing technology supports uninterrupted cell concentration and washing, shortening production cycles, and significantly improving manufacturing efficiency.

High processing capacity: Supports continuous processing of feed volumes ranging from 1 mL to 21 L, accommodating both research-scale and large-scale manufacturing applications.

Reliable fluid handling system: Equipped with three independently controlled peristaltic pumps with adjustable flow rates from 7 to 200 mL/min, ensuring stable and precise process control.
